NRI Matrimony is a marriage-focused platform for Indians and NRIs worldwide. It helps adults create genuine profiles, discover suitable matches and connect through privacy-controlled steps.

Account holders and the person described in a profile must be at least 18 years old. Profiles must contain accurate information and must not be created for a minor.

Yes. A parent, guardian, relative or friend may help manage a profile for an adult, but the person must know about it and give permission. The profile manager should identify their name and relationship honestly.

No. The platform is designed for Indians and NRIs across India and other countries. Country, city and preference filters help members search for the locations relevant to them.

You can register and begin creating a profile without purchasing a plan. Membership or credits may be required for discovery, profile unlocks or sending a chat request, as shown on the Packages page.

Use the filters currently enabled by the platform, such as religion, marital status or location, to narrow discovery results. Available filters and vocabulary options may change as the platform is configured.

No. Contact details are protected by platform access rules and are not exposed merely because someone views your profile or sends a chat request. Avoid placing contact details in public biography fields.

A member sends a chat request and the recipient decides whether to accept or reject it. A conversation opens only after acceptance; messaging is locked before that consent step.

Yes. The request view can show a limited basic profile so you can make an informed decision. Protected contact information remains locked unless separate access rules are satisfied.

Profiles and photos may be reviewed or moderated, but this does not mean every identity, qualification, income, employment or family claim has been independently background-checked. Always verify important information yourself before making commitments.

Plans provide the benefits and monthly credits displayed at purchase. Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle; separately purchased extra credits do not expire under current rules but may require an active membership to use.

Available checkout options may include INR and USD through enabled providers such as Cashfree, Razorpay, Stripe or PayPal. The methods actually available to you are shown securely at checkout.

An eligible recurring membership can be scheduled to cancel at the current billing-period end. Digital memberships and credits are generally non-refundable once supplied, except for limited technical, duplicate-charge or legally required cases described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Use Account Settings to deactivate and hide your profile from discovery. For permanent deletion, contact support from your registered email; records required for payments, safety, fraud prevention or law may be retained for the necessary period.

Verify identity, family, work and location independently before making commitments. Never send money for emergencies or investments, and never share passwords, OTPs, CVV or full card details. Block and report suspicious profiles immediately.

No. NRI Matrimony provides discovery, profile-access and communication tools, but it cannot guarantee a response, compatibility, engagement or marriage. Decisions and due diligence remain with members and their families.
